Research Institute for Skills Transfer

Everything You Are pilot access and consent

Everything You Are is currently available through an invitation-only pilot. Registered participants sign in with the email address used for their invitation.

Before beginning, you will see a short summary with expandable participant information and privacy details. The pilot is free and voluntary, and its findings are for internal improvement. You can pause, return to your saved journey, or request withdrawal or deletion.

Private saving and research sharing

Permission to save your journey in your private account is separate from research sharing. You can save and resume without sharing a report with the research team. Browser recovery storage protects unsent changes; your signed-in account holds the saved version.

If you explicitly choose Standard sharing, the team receives your roles, traits, selected behaviours, skills, original 1–5 intention responses and their question and exercise context, plus demographics you supply. Extended sharing additionally includes the personal reflections and other text shown in the sharing preview. Neither choice permits public publication.

Retention and your choices

Account-linked records are retained for 180 days from account creation; returning or starting another journey does not restart that period. Restricted encrypted backups normally expire after seven days. You can export your records or request withdrawal or deletion from your account. Withdrawal excludes subsequent research views; deletion follows the process that prevents deleted records from returning through backup restoration.

Riccarda Zezza is responsible for research and data-use decisions. Saideep Raj is responsible for technical operations. Authorized technical staff may access records to operate the service. Cloudflare provides delivery, security and transactional email; DigitalOcean hosts the application, database and backups in the United States.
